Double Oak 4th of July Parade - 2008

It is a Troop 262 tradition to participate in the Double Oak 4th of July parade. Our Troop representatives lead the parade and proudly carry the flags of our country and Troop. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to participate (Service time is earned for all scouts who attend). Class "A" Uniforms are required.

The details for the parade are as follows:

1. Date - 07/04/2008 - Time - 9:00AM till 10:00AM
2. Scouts gather at Simmons Road and the North entrance to Oak Trail at 09:00 AM.
3. Parade starts - 09:30 AM.
4. Scouts will lead the parade over to the Double Oak Town Hall (next to Downing Middle School)
5. Parade concludes and scouts are free to leave or attend the Double Oak 4th of July celebration
